Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in like-new condition: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and saleable with all original tags and tickets attached.
  • Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box, which should be placed inside a shipping box.
  • Beauty items can only be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Holiday Return Policy

We’ve extended your time to make returns during the holiday shopping season. Items purchased between November 15, 2025 and December 15, 2025 are eligible to be returned for a refund until January 15, 2026. Our standard 30-day return policy applies to items purchased on or after December 16, 2025.

How to Return

Return by Mail

  • Start your return online to receive a QR code or printable shipping label.
  • Pack your items securely, including the packing slip if available.
  • Drop off your package at any FedEx location or participating partner. Show your QR code to have the label printed for you.
  • Please note that a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund amount.

Return in Store

  • Bring your item(s) to any Storvicao store location.
  • Have your store receipt or order number ready for faster processing.
  • Our associates will be happy to assist you with your return or help you find an exchange.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gourmet, monogrammed, and personalized items are final sale.
  • Items that do not meet the "like-new" condition requirements will not be accepted and may be returned to you.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10-14 business days for us to process your refund. The credit will appear on your original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
